Bonjour
Depuis environ 2 mois, je suis embêté à la fois par outlook qui envoie des messages à répétitions sans intervention de ma part (surtout qd je fais des envois groupés (10 à 20 destinataires); par ailleurs, je ne peux plus publier des mises à jour de mes sites web, mon logiciel me déconnecte automatiquement.
j'ai cherché dans toutes les directions (celles à mon niveau) et je ne sais plus quoi faire.
récemment en installant un nouvel anti virus (G Data), j'ai trouvé 6 virus (mis en quarantaine).
De plus, mon ordi est anormalement lent.
Quelqu'un peut-il m'aider pour que j'arrête de tourner en rond ?

j'ai mis dans la catégorie Trojan et spywares mais je ne sais pas si c'est ça !)

Bonsoir,

Désinstalle ton antivirus et installe Antivir.

Vous pouvez télécharger Antivir à partir de ces liens :

Lancez l'installation et laissez-vous guider.
Vous trouverez sur le tutorial du site, l'installation d'Antivir pas à pas si vous rencontrez des difficultés.

A l'issu de l'installation, il vous est proposé de mettre à jour la définition virale, acceptez.
Antivir va se connecter à internet pour télécharger les mises à jour, si un firewall est installé sur l'ordinateur, ce dernier doit vous demander si Antivir doit se connecter à Internet, acceptez

ATTENTION :
- les internautes de Wanadoo/Orange peuvent rencontrer des soucis durant la mise à jour, voir ce sujet : http://forum.malekal.com/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=5310
- Sur Windows Vista, si vous lancez la mise à jour d'Antivir et "rien ne se passe" voir : http://forum.malekal.com/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=4511&p=46582#p46582

A l'issu de la mise à jour, après avoir lancé l'antivirus, vérifiez que la définition virale de l'antivirus est à jour, pour cela, ouvrez l'antivirus en double-cliquant sur l'icone du bureau.
Dans la page principale, vérifiez la date de la ligne du milieu "last update" (entourée en rouge ci-dessous).

Si Antivir n'est pas à jour, cliquez sur "Start Update", cela permet de lancer la mise à jour de la définition virale.

Régler la configuration d'Antivir

Avant de procéder à un scan afin de s'assurer qu'Avast! n'a rien laissé de néfaste sur votre ordinateur.
Nous vous conseillons d'effectuer ces réglages au niveau de la configuration de l'antivirus.

- Sur la page principale, cliquez en haut à droite sur "Configuration"
- Dans la nouvelle fenêtre, en haut à gauche, cliquez sur "Expert Mode"
- Déroulez le menu "Scan" à gauche dans la liste, en cliquant sur le + devant.
- Dans la partie de droite, cochez l'option "Rootkit Search on Search start"

- Déroulez le menu "General" à gauche dans la liste, en cliquant sur le + devant.
- Cliquez sur le sous-menu "Security"
- Positionnez "Alert, if last update older than" sur 1 jour.

Cliquez sur OK pour valider les changements et fermer la fenêtre de l'antivirus.

Effectuer un scan afin de supprimer les éléments infectieux

Il est possible que vous soyez infecté sans le savoir, c'est à dire qu'Avast! ne détecte rien alors que vous êtes infectés (surtout dans le cas d'un rootkit).

Nous vous conseillons très vivement d'effectuer un scan.
Afin de supprimer un maximum d'éléments, il est conseillé d'effectuer le scan en mode sans échec

-- Redémarre en mode sans échec, pour cela, redémarre l'ordinateur, avant le logo Windows, tapote sur la touche F8, un menu va apparaître, choisis Mode sans échec et appuye sur la touche entrée du clavier.

- Ouvrez Antivir par le menu Démarrer / Programmes
- Cliquez sur l'onglet Scanner.
- Sélectionnez Manual Selection
- Sélectionnez sur le disque C
- Lancez le scan
- Mettez les élements infectieux détectés en quarantaine via le bouton "move to quarantine, vous pouvez cocher la case "apply selection to all following detection" afin qu'Antivir déplace tous les éléments infections suivants automatiquement.

Redémarrez en mode normal.

NOTE... dans le rapport de scan il peut être mentionné les éléments suivants :

C:\pagefile.sys

C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\sptd.sys
[WARNING] The file could not be opened!

Comme son nom l'indique ce sont des WARNING (avertissements), ce sont simplements des informations pour vous signalez qu'Antivir n'a pas réussi à ouvrir ces fichiers (pagefiles.sys est un fichier système, vous aurez ce WARNING à chaque scan / sptd.sys est un driver utilisé par Daemon Tools ou Alcohol 120%).

Ces WARNING ne veulent pas du tout dire que vous êtes infecté.

N'oublie pas de poster le rapport de Avira, une fois le scan effectué.

J'ajouterai que suite à tous mes pb, j'avais déjà scanné avec G Data (que je venais d'installer car je n'avais plus confiance dans Avast). Avec le scan de G Data, j'avais trouvé 6 virus que j'ai éliminés mais je n'avais pas noté.
Par ailleurs, j'ai installé Glary pour faire e ménage.

Pour l'instant, je n'ai pas refait de tests pour savoir si ma messagerie est toujours perturbée avec messages multiples à répétition.

Bonsoir,

On va regarder comment ca se présente.

Télécharge Hijackthis V 2.02 sur le bureau :

http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/_download/HJTInstall.exe

- Double clique sur HJTInstall.exe sur le bureau

- Clique sur Install ensuite sur I Accept

- ferme toutes les fenêtres, HJT doit être exécuté seul (tout autre programme fermé).

- double clique sur le raccourci d'HijackThis sur ton Bureau
(Pour Vista, clique droit sur le raccourci d'HijackThis sur ton Bureau, puis "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur".
- et clique sur sur Do a system scan and save a logfile pour lancer le scan

Quand le rapport apparaît dans le bloc note, allez dans Edition, puis Sélectionner Tout, le texte est alors sélectionné, retourne dans Edition toujours en laissant le texte sélectionné, et cliquez sur copier.

Dans ta prochaine réponse, faire un clic droit et coller, je procéderai a son analyse.
Ferme le bloc note et la fenêtre de HJT

Bonjour,

Télécharger Toolbar-S&D (Team IDN) sur le Bureau.
http://eric.71.mespages.googlepages.com/ToolBarSD.exe

Lancer l'installation en exécutant le fichier téléchargé.

Redémarre le PC en mode sans échec …
(méthode F8 de préférence)

Tu n' auras pas accès à Internet pendant le "mode sans échec".
Aussi, copie/colle la procédure dans un fichier texte (word) et mets-la
sur le "bureau" pour l' avoir à ta disposition.
--------------------------------------------

Double-cliquer sur le raccourci de Toolbar-S&D sur le bureau.
Sélectionne la langue de ton choix puis valide avec la touche Entrée.
Choisir l'option 1 : Recherche
Le contenu du rapport est situé dans : C:\TB.txt

Poste-le.

# Etape 1/ Télécharge :

- CCleaner http://www.ccleaner.com/download/builds/downloading-slim
Ce logiciel va permettre de supprimer tous les fichiers temporaires. Lance-le et clique sur "Options", "Avancé" et décoche la case "Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier Temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures". Par la suite, laisse-le avec ses réglages par défaut. Ferme le programme.

- Toolbar-S&D (Team IDN) http://eric.71.mespages.googlepages.com/ToolBarSD.exe sur ton Bureau. Installe simplement le programme en exécutant le fichier téléchargé.

- SmitfrauFix (S!Ri) http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.exe
* double-clique sur le fichier "smitfraudfix.exe" et choisis l'option 1, il va lister tous les éléments nuisibles dans un rapport : poste le maintenant.

- MSNFix (!aur3n7) http://sosvirus.changelog.fr/MSNFix.zip et décompresse-le sur le Bureau.

Comme il a fallu que je relance ce logiciel, puisqu'on me demandait de modifier l'UAC, l'ordinateur a dû redémarrer.
Du coup, je ne sais pas si ce logiciel a considéré avoir démarré plus d'une fois.
Donc, comme l'indique la procédure, je te poste le contenu du fichier supplémentaire (fichier arguments)

je ne l'ai pas trouvé sur le bureau (je ne l'ai pas vu apparaitre)
par contre, 'ai vu qu'il y avait une infection et j'ai donc demandé le nettoyage commen c'était demandé. Il m'a demandé de rédémarrer l'ordi pour finir le nettoyage; je l'ai fait après avoir fait le reste
